Shipping policy

How are items Shipped:

Items are shipped door to door via The Courier Guy ( local deliveries ) during office hours 8.00am-4.30pm unless otherwise arranged by mutual agreement.

Upon receipt of payment and when payment has cleared in the Home-Industry bank account ,your purchase will be sent out for delivery.

Note: Personalised items - a delivery date will be quoted and communicated to you via email or what's app.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Regional Areas : 2-3 working days after payment has cleared.

Outlying Areas: 3-7 Working Days after payment has cleared

The Courier Guy provides delivery status.

Shipping Costs:

As per online shop or quoted amount. ( Usually R100 for Regional Areas )
