What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via credit and debit card, Instant EFT, and other trusted gateways.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Can i change my order?/ Change shipping adress or product details?
Regrettably, once your order has been placed we cannot guarantee we will be able to change your delivery address and/or products. Please reach out to us as soon as possibly if you need to make changes to your order.
Delivery & Shipping
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across South Africa. For international orders, please get in touch with us directly.
How much is delivery?
- Standard shipping: R100
- Free shipping: On orders over R500
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days, depending on your location. Outlying areas may take a little longer.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you’re not completely happy, you may return your order within 7 days of receipt, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. Please note: We do not accept returns on earrings.
How do I request a return?
1. Log in to your account: In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
7. Click Request return.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, subject to stock availability. If the item you’d like is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or refund with 7 days, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. Please note: We do not accept returns on earrings.

Are your products locally made?
Many of our products are proudly made in South Africa. We also curate select international items that align with our aesthetic and values.
What if something I love is out of stock?
Some items are limited edition and may not return, but feel free to contact us — we might be able to suggest something similar or let you know if a restock is planned.
