Due to the custom nature of our Jewellery, all items are considered custom made, and are non-cancellable, non-returnable, & non-refundable.
Each piece is handcrafted and personally hand stamped. We take extra care in ensuring your piece is beautiful and something we would be happy to wear ourselves to promote our brand. However, hand stamping is never exact and some variations in letter alignment, stamping depth, oxidization and colour or texturing are inevitable. For most of our pieces we prefer the natural look of the metal and choose not to over polish or smooth your piece. Please let us know if you would prefer a ‘shinier’ or smoother look.Sterling silver is a relatively soft metal and will scratch and tarnish over time. How quickly this happens depends on how you wear your jewelry and your own body chemistry. This is expected and adds to the artisan, handcrafted quality of your piece.
Home-Industry will not replace any lost or broken pieces due to an accident or normal wear and tear. Sterling silver is soft and somewhat delicate. It should be removed when sleeping, showering and swimming as well as when playing sports or in any other situation where your piece may be tugged on or in contact with lotions or chemicals.
All items will be shipped to the address you have registered on your Home-Industry account. If you require your item to be shipped to another address, it is your responsibility to request it at the time of purchase clearly messaged in the notes section at checkout. All packages are shipped with courier with MDS Collivery and should arrive within 1-2 business days after your order has been completed.
